What is the Sandra Day O’Connor Institute Emerging Leaders Network?

The Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) was formed in 2016 to promote to young adults the Sandra Day O’Connor Institute’s mission of improving civic engagement, civil discourse, and civics education.

We engage adults under 40 in gaining a greater understanding of the roots and structure of our democracy, building a network of civic-minded peers, and participating more fully as citizens in American life.

ELN is led by an Executive Council based in Phoenix, Arizona consisting of the members below.
